Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at returns@theunvexededit.com.
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Store Credit
- For eligible returns, we offer store credit in the form of an e-gift card, which can be used on future purchases.
- Refunds will not be issued unless the item is confirmed to have a defect.
Defective Items
- If you receive an item with a defect, contact us at returns@theunvexededit.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Upon review, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Clearance or sale items.
- Accessories, swimwear, and intimate apparel.
How to Start Your Return
- Email returns@theunvexededit.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Send your item back, and after inspection, you’ll receive your store credit within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
