Shipping & Order Processing Policy

At The Unvexed Edit, we’re committed to getting your style to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping and order processing policy to ensure transparency and convenience.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered by the next business day after processing. Orders must be placed by 11 AM PST to qualify for same-day processing.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method and destination.


Shipping Policy Details

  • Tracking: All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to deliver, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
  • Split Shipments: For orders containing multiple items, items may ship separately to ensure timely delivery. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Delays

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • In case of significant delays, we will contact you directly to provide updates.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Unvexed Edit cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
